El Portal de Mil Colores is our working coffee farm in Huila, Colombia. We offer immersive 7- and 14-day stays that follow coffee from plant to cup across distinct elevations, climates, and ecosystems.

Walk the fields, process and roast your own coffee, and taste it at every stage—seeing firsthand how landscape, method, and restraint shape flavor. Beyond coffee, the experience extends into the surrounding páramo, desert, waterfalls, and countryside, with simple, carefully designed accommodations.
