Goldvein Coffee is produced in limited quantities and released with purpose.
We don’t chase variety. We chase clarity — flavor that speaks clearly of where it was grown.

All of our coffees come from our own farms in Huila, Colombia, grown at high elevation and processed under our direct supervision. Only the lots that meet our standards are released.

Goldvein - Flagship Natural

Whole Bean Only for Maximum Flavor

Our most expressive coffee. Dried in cherry to preserve aromatics, sweetness, and depth. This is where our system shows its full range: careful harvest, slow drying, aggressive sorting, and restrained light roasting.

Available in 100 g ($20) and 250 g ($50) presentations. A $45/month subscription gets you one 250 gram package per month, shipping included, and the right to buy additional packages at the monthly rate.

Prepay for 12 months and we’ll include our temperature-stabilizing mug, designed to bring your coffee quickly to the ideal drinking range, where sweetness, aromatics, and clarity show at their best.

Goldvein - Honey Process

Whole bean only. Limited release.

Honey processing sits between washed and natural. The skin is removed, but the sticky mucilage remains on the bean during drying, creating more sweetness and body than a washed coffee, without the full intensity of a natural.

This lot is harvested selectively, dried slowly, and sorted aggressively before a restrained light roast. The result is structure with lift: clarity supported by sweetness, aroma without heaviness.

Profile

Origin: Huila, Colombia

Elevation: Mid–high altitude

Process: Honey (skin removed, mucilage retained during drying)

Roast: Light, precision-controlled

Who this is for

Drinkers who want sweetness without heaviness

People curious about processing and its effect on flavor

Those who appreciate nuance but don’t want the full intensity of a natural

Goldvein - Washed Selection

Whole Bean Only for Maximum Flavor

A cleaner, more linear expression of our farms. Washed processing emphasizes structure, brightness, and clarity, with less fermentation influence. Still roasted lightly, still uncompromising.

Available in 250 g ($25) and 500 g ($50) presentations. A $45/month subscription gets you one 500 gram package per month, shipping included, and the right to buy additional packages at the monthly rate.

Prepay for 12 months and we’ll include our temperature-stabilizing mug, designed to bring your coffee quickly to the ideal drinking range, where sweetness, aromatics, and clarity show at their best.
