Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds and returns are at our discretion.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsealed, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. We will replace or refund the affected item at our discretion. No return is required.
Taste preferences are subjective. We do not offer refunds based on personal taste. However, on your first order only, if you are not satisfied, we will offer a one-time replacement or refund for one bag, limited to one per customer and shipping address.
Subscription orders cannot be refunded once processed. Customers are responsible for pausing or canceling subscriptions before the stated cutoff time.
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control. Lost shipments will be replaced or refunded once confirmed by the carrier.
We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds or replacements in cases of repeated claims, suspected abuse, incorrect address entry, or policy violations.

Coffee is a perishable product. Opened items are not eligible for return or refund, including gift purchases.
If a gift arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsealed, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund to the original purchaser only.
Taste preferences are subjective. Gift purchases are not eligible for refunds based on personal taste. In limited cases, we may offer a one-time exchange for an unopened item of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery dates, or recipient availability issues related to gifts.
